Muscle ache

Are you the type who likes to wear himself out during sport to get rid of the stress that has built up during the day?
Then you are bound to be familiar with the discomfort or even pain the next day. This pain occurs because your body needs gradual training rather than sudden over-exertion. It is particularly important to breathe correctly, and above all to supply your body with sufficient vital substances to give it the strength and endurance it needs.

What is muscle ache?

Muscle ache occurs due to over-exertion during sport, when the body gets into the anaerobic zone.
This leads to an over-acidification of the body due to the production of lactic acid and carbonic acid. The buildup of acids in the connective tissue leads to muscle irritation and pain. The more acid you have built up in your connective tissue, the more sensitive to pain you will be. For this reason you should always aim for moderation and consistency in your training plan. Through regular training, the body remains in the aerobic zone where sufficient oxygen is available for it to obtain energy. Less acid is produced in trained muscles, and because the circulation is better and the organism is trained, the acids which are produced can be eliminated better.

The three rules of healthy sport from Dr. h. c. Peter Jentschura:

Before training you should provide your body with preventive minerals by taking one to two tablespoons of WurzelKraft aromatic or fruity(AlkaLife aromatic or fruity). WurzelKraft contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
After training you should take another one to two tablespoons.

You should also aim to eliminate the lactic acid you have produced through your skin by using various applications with MeineBase (AlkaBath), the alkaline and mineral bath salts. During your training it is recommendable to wear the AlkalineCuffs.

The alkalinity of the water will stimulate the elimination of acids and toxins via the skin and relax you when for example you take an alkaline full bath, or if you use MeineBase in the steam bath.

AlkalineStockings used overnight are especially suitable for sportsmen. When we use these, our feet function as auxiliary kidneys and draw acids and toxins out of our body overnight.
