Difficulty in falling asleep and sleeplessness are caused by turbulence in the body, mind and spirit. If you can succeed in calming these three elements of your body, then you will also fall asleep easily and sleep well throughout the night.
When you want to go to sleep, switch your mind off and just think about something pleasant which makes your spirit and imagination happy, or has made them happy in the past.
Switch your senses off. Once you are lying in the position which feels absolutely comfortable, stop moving and cover your eyes. If you are disturbed by noises, put your earplugs in to turn your hearing off.
Don’t burden your nose with synthetic scents from creams, perfumes etc. Our sleep center is situated directly behind the olfactory lobe of the brain, and is disturbed by synthetic scents.
Stop moving and relax all your muscles so as to switch your motor and sensory nervous system off.
Go to bed wearing AlkalineStockings. Because they are alkaline, they draw out acids and toxins via the feet and lower legs, to take the burden chemically off your body and therefore your entire metabolism. If you have head problems, wear an alkaline neck wrap too when you go to bed.
Before you go to bed, you should take an alkaline foot bath lasting five to fifteen minutes or longer.
To help you get to sleep, change down a gear or two in your breathing frequency, and take calm breaks from breathing while you are falling asleep. You need very little oxygen now. Your organism is switching from breathing oxygen to breathing nitrogen.
The day’s activities are at an end. You have earned your rest. Good night!
