AlkaWear® AlkalineStockings and wraps should be worn overnight. Of course, they can also be used at any time during the day time, repeatedly and for as long as you like.
The AlkalineStockings reach to just above the knee. They do not need to reach higher, as elimination takes place only via the lower legs and the feet.
1. Sprinkle one heaped teaspoon of MeineBase alkaline mineral bath salt into
approx. ½ litre of hot water and dissolve well.
2. Place the thin inner stockings in the solution until they are thoroughly soaked.
3. Firmly wring out the inner stockings until the do not drip any more.
4. Put on the moist inner stockings and then the dry outer stockings.
5. The use of a hot water bottle is recommended in case you have cold feet.
6. The inner stockings should be washed after each use.
Wash the stockings by hand or by machine at a max. of 30°C. Please do not spin-dry the outer stockings.

The stretch, close-fitting AlkalineCuffs are designed for use on the arms and legs either during the day or night. AlkalineCuffs will ensure optimum freedom of movement while increasing your well-being without expenditure of time.
AlkaWear AlkalineCuffs are practical companions during and after sport, during work and everyday life. They can be worn on legs and/or on arms in the daytime and also overnight.

approx. ½ litre of body-temperature water and dissolve well.
2. Place the cuffs in the solution until they are thoroughly soaked.
3. Firmly wring out the cuffs, put them on and wear them underneath clothing or
uncovered.

After each use, the cuffs should be washed by hand or in the washing machine at a temperature of up to 40ºC using a mild or coloured-wash detergent. Pull the AlkalineCuffs back into shape after washing. Please do not dry in a dryer.
